Speed Session - NYC

Summer is here. Join us for more Wednesday speed sessions. We'll meet at the Trackhouse at 6 p.m. and on the track at 6:30 p.m. Track sessions are open to all runners of all paces and abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this run club waiver before arriving.
