Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston
Hills pay the bills. This week, we'll do 12x45-second hills, jogging down and regrouping between each rep. This workout is broken down as follows:
Reps 1-4: 70% effort
Reps 5-8: 80% effort
Reps 9-12: 90% effort
Doors will open at 6 p.m., then we'll kick off the workout at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
