Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston
This week, we take it back to the track. The workout is: 2x (1600 @ 5k pace, 800m recovery; 2x200 @ mile pace with 200m recovery) with 800m recovery between sets. To add difficulty, complete 4x200 instead of 2x200 in each set.
Doors will open at 6 p.m., then we'll kick off the workout at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
