Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston

This week's workout is a modified Michigan consisting of 1600m at 10k pace, 400m jog, 1200m at 5k pace, 400m jog, 800m at 3k pace, 400m jog, and 400m at mile pace. The doors will open at 6:45 a.m., and the workout will start promptly at 7:00 a.m. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities.
