Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston

Join us for our weekly speed session. This week's workout is a fartlek workout at the Boston Common consisting of 8 sets of 2 minutes “on” at 5k pace with a 1 minute jog recovery between reps. The doors will open at 6 p.m., and the workout will start promptly at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities.
