Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston

Join us for our weekly speed session. This week's workout consists of 5 sets of 3-minute intervals. These repeats will alternate between mile pace and marathon pace every 200m, with a 2-minute rest between sets. It's crucial to avoid starting too quickly as the workout gradually becomes more difficult halfway through. This workout aims to test a runner's ability to maintain a consistent pace while overcoming lactic acid buildup. The doors will open at 6 p.m., and the workout will start promptly at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
